I'm running late for the visit. What do I do?

Plan your route beforehand and give yourself some buffer time in case of any transportation hiccups. Once you are at the visit location, remember to clock in 15 minutes before the visit scheduled start time.

If you are running late for the visit, please inform the Care Owner (CO) as soon as you can so that they know that you are reaching. You may contact the CO via the chat function from your visit details.
