How do I clock out for a visit? (MY)

Once you have completed the visit and requested care services, you would need to submit your Clock out time in the Homage CarePro app.

Here's how you can Clock out for a visit:

• Go to the "Visit" tab from your Care Pro App and go to the visit you wish to Clock out.
  
  
  
• Click on "Clock out" and then "Slide to Submit".
  
  
  
• Once Clock out time has been submitted, click "Ok".

Kindly excuse yourself when you have completed the visit and do not overstay unless if Care Owner (CO)/Care Recipient (CR) requested you to, subject to your availability. 

If CPs do not clock out from their visit, Homage would not be able to process the payout and the visit will stay on the "Upcoming" tab and the status will remain as "Confirmed" instead of "Completed".
