What should I take note when submitting a Visit Summary?

All Homage Care Professionals are required to submit a visit summary after each care visit for the care recipient’s family members to have peace of mind and better understand the care experience that their loved one received. Do remember to:

• Detail your case on a time-stamp basis.
• Note down the routine and all the activities done in the Visit Summary.
• Not include any video attachments in the Visit Summary. Only photographs are allowed, and all photographs require a description.

The Visit Summary must be submitted within 24 hours at the end of the visit. Please refer to the visit summary template below if you have questions on how to write one.
