Why do I need to submit Visit Summary for every visit?

All Homage Care Professionals are required to submit a visit summary after each care visit for the care recipient’s family members to have peace of mind and better understand the care experience that their loved one received.

In case of dispute after the care session, visit summary is your shield of protection, so please be as detailed as possible.
