If you arrived at the visit location but cannot clock in, it is likely because your GPS cannot locate your current location.
Please follow the video guide and steps below to clock in manually.
- Go to the visit you wish to clock in from the "Visits" tab.
- Click on "Clock in".
- Proceed to "Acknowledge" the Safety Protocols for Visits.
- You will see that GPS is still trying to find the device's location, please click "Report it here".
- Confirm your location by taking a photo of the entrance of the visit location, preferably one with the residential unit number.
- Click "Confirm" to confirm your location.
- Click "OK" once the Clock in Time has been submitted.
If you are still unable to clock in manually, please submit your request with the screenshot of CR's house entrance and we will respond within 1 business days.
