How to submit a visit summary

Click on the visits tab, you will be able to see your scheduled visit here. Underneath your visit you will see a ‘Submit Summary & Claims’ button, click on this.

Please write a description of what occurred on your visit today in this section. Ensure that this is a detailed description so that families can get a sense of what has taken place during the visit and so other Care Pros can gain some insight on the Care Recipient for future visits.
