Cancellation rates

• Cancelling a visit before assignment (withdrawing your application) incurs no fee $0.
• Canceling a visit that you are assigned to more than 3 days before it is to commence incurs a $15 fee.
• Cancelling a visit that you are assigned to more than 24 hours but less than 3 days before the visit is set to commence incurs a $25 fee.
• Cancelling a visit that you are assigned to with less than 24 hours before the visit is set to commence incurs a $50 fee.
• If you clock in late for a visit, this will incur a $15 fee.
• If you are a “No Show’, meaning you did not attend a visit at all that you were assigned to, this incurs a $50 fee.
