The visits you apply for can be found in the “Apply” tab in the “Applied” category.
When you have applied for a visit it will begin to display a status on the visit itself.
The status will appear as one of the below:
Pending - Our team is assessing if you are good fit for the visit
Scheduled - You have been assigned to the visit and therefore is confirmed and you must attend
Expired- Unfortunately either another care professional has been assigned or the visit is no longer required.
