What happens if I finish a visit before it's scheduled end time?

If you finish a visit early and the Care Recipient allows you to leave before your scheduled visit end time, you can go ahead and leave the visit.

You must clock out at the time you are leaving and ensure that you write the reason that you are clocking out early e.g. “Care recipients services all attended to and permission to leave this visit early”.
