What happens if I have stay past the visit scheduled end time?

If your visit needs to be extended, you will need to call Homage on 1300 705 029 and explain to an operator the reason for extending the visit end time. The Homage operator will then make contact with the Care Recipients Care manager to see if this extension is accepted. If it is accepted, you will need to ensure that you clock out at the extended end time. A Homage operator will then adjust your visit timings for you once the visit is completed.
