Visits not showing on app

Due to the algorithm in the Homage care professional application the system assigns visits on the basis of:

• Location/ Distance: You can adjust this by going Apply > Inbox > Filter and adjusting Distance and Region
• Needs of clients, such as personal preferences.
• ADLS/ filters: You can add more ADLS by going to account > My Profile > My Services and selecting as many as you feel comfortable with.
• Transport such as medical escort visits.
• Vaccinations: Places such as aged care facilities require 3 Covid vaccinations and a flu vaccination, so ensure that your details are up to date.
• The matching process(CP Invitation) for every client takes place after every 48 hours so please bear with us while we’re working on that.
