What happens if a client doesn't have the necessary equipment needed to complete a visit safely?

If the client does not have the necessary items for you to provide services safely, please call Homage on 1300 705 029. The Homage operator will ask you what equipment is missing/necessary for you to complete this visit or any future visits and they will get in contact with the Care Recipients Care manager to ensure that any equipment is acquired before the next visit commences.
