The continuity of care to you and your loved ones is something we take very seriously.
Our Care Pros have to adhere to a strict code of conduct and will be penalised for cancelling or being absent for a scheduled visit.
In the unforeseen event of a visit cancellation, we will be in touch with you as soon as possible. We will also endeavour to arrange for another suitable Care Pro to resume care.
