Reduce duration for ongoing Visit

Our Care Pros are committed to being available for the entire duration of the scheduled visit with the care recipient.

During the day of the visit, should you or your loved one(s) decide to end the ongoing visit earlier than the scheduled end time, please reach out to us at 1300 705 029 or via email at [e-mail]. 

Please note that there will be no fee adjustments made in lieu of a visit that ended prematurely. Service fees will remain the same as per the originally booked visit.

If you will like to make changes to scheduled visits, you can contact us to inform us about the changes. Change fees will also apply accordingly as per our Policy.
