After you have successfully submitted a visit request in-app, the visit will be reflected in the Activities > Upcoming tab.

If you have made a visit request through call and email, the visit will only be reflected upon confirmation by the Care Advisory team. You will be informed via email when the visit have been scheduled and available in-app.
You can contact us at support@homage.com.au if requested visits continue to remain unavailable in-app.
