If you are looking for care support, there are a number of ways you can request a visit at Homage.

Homage Mobile App
Visits can be booked directly through the Homage app up to 48-hours before the intended visit date.
You can book a visit instantly via the Homage mobile app for the fastest and most efficient way to get care. You can also schedule multiple visits at one time, up to 3 months in advance.
To book a visit, please refer to the video guide and steps below.
1. Download and login to the Homage mobile app.
2. Tap the “Book” icon located at the bottom of the screen.
3. Select the preferred type of healthcare category and individual this visit is intended for.

(a) For Home Care and Home Nursing visit bookings, a Care Assessment will be required prior to any visit bookings.
(b) For services that do not require a Care Assessment or care recipients who have completed the Care Assessment, simply select the exact services/procedures, indicate your preferences and details of the visit.
5. Select a preferred payment method. You can set up and use your E-wallet to purchase a Prepaid Package or opt to Pay As You Go for the visit.
6. Congratulations, you have submitted your visit request successfully. Just sit back and we'll keep you updated on the status of the visit.
7. Tap the “Activity” icon located at the bottom of the screen to view all your visits. Tap into each visit for full details of the visit.
