What is a visit summary?

Homage believes that family involvement contributes to the best care outcomes for seniors.

Every Homage Care Professional completes a Visit Summary after each visit to keep the family well informed of any developments. With the Visit Summary, you will have visibility over the caregiving process as well as your loved one's condition during the visit.

A Visit Summary includes the following information:

• Visit duration
• Type of assistance provided
• Overall summary of events with timestamps
• Photo attachment(s)
• Functional status: Alertness, pain levels, vital signs, blood pressure and temperature

This is available under the 'Reports' section of the Homage mobile app.
