For visits where you are:
- A Preferred Care Pro, you will be able to propose a new time immediately
- Not a Preferred Care Pro, you will be able to propose a new time 5 days before the visit
To propose alternative time for a visit before applying, please refer to the video guide and steps below:
- On the Application page, you can propose a new time by tapping on the "Propose a new time" button from the Date & Time section.
- This button will allow you to select from a list of alternate time options for the visit.
- To propose a time, select your preferred time and click "Confirm Proposal".
- Do note that any timing not stated in the time slots means that the slot is unavailable.
- After confirming the proposed time, you will be able to see your proposed time on the Application page.
- You will also be prompted to apply for similar visits from the same Care Recipient. You will only be able to propose a new time for one visit.
- You can "Slide to Apply" once you have review the visit application details with the proposed time.
- The Care Owner willreview the proposal within the next 24- 48 hrs!
The visit with the new proposed time will be shown in your Applied inbox with a pending status.
You will be assigned to the visit once Care Owner has accepted your proposal. Otherwise, you will receive a notification.
