How do I apply for visits?

Care Pros are encouraged to apply for multiple visits. Once you are assigned to a visit, your applications for other visits with overlapping timing will automaticially be removed. Remember to allocate sufficient travel time if you apply for back-to-back visits.

To apply for a visit, please refer to the video guide and steps below:

1. Go to the "Apply" tab and check the list of available visits under the "INBOX" tab. 
2. Select the visit you are interested in.
3. Double-check the visit details. If the visit is suitable, please click "Apply" and proceed to "Slide to Apply".
4. Your application is now confirmed. Click "OK".
5. Your application will appear in the "Applied" tab as "Pending".
6. Homage will review your application and if successfully assigned, the visit status will be updated to "Confirmed".
7. You may click on the application to check visit details or withdraw your application. Do note that if you choose to withdraw your application for "Confirmed" visits, our visit cancellation policy will apply.
