If you have arrived at the visit location but you are unable to clock in as the GPS is unable to locate your actual location, please follow the guide & steps below to clock in manually.
- First, go to the visit you wish to clock in from the "Visits" tab.
- Then, tap "Clock in".
- Proceed to "Acknowledge" the Safety Protocols for Visits.
- You will see that GPS is still trying to find the device's location, please click "Report it here".
- Confirm your location by taking a photo of the entrance of the visit location, preferably one with the Care Recipient's (CR) unit number.
- Click "Confirm" to confirm your location
- Click "OK" once the Clock in Time has been submitted.
