How to make a claim

If you are scheduled for a visit that involves escorting the care client with your personal vehicle then you may be reimbursed for your travel.

Travel claims are $0.80 per KM traveled for either medical escort, companionship or for other reasons agreed by homage beforehand. You will need to take a picture of your odometer at the start of the visit and the end of the visit.

This needs to be included in your visit summary and submitted under images. Do not submit more than two pictures of your odometer or the travel cannot be calculated and you cannot be reimbursed.
