Care Pros are encouraged to apply for multiple visits within the same time frame. If you are assigned a visit, your applications to other visits with overlapping timings will automatically be removed. You do not have to worry about being assigned to overlapping visits. Please ensure you allocate sufficient travelling time if you are applying for back-to-back visits.
To apply for a visit, please refer to the guide and steps below:
- Go to the "Apply" tab and check the list of available visits under the "INBOX" tab.
- You may use the tools on the top bar to help you with visit search i.e. "Filter, Sort, Urgent, Requested"
- Select the visit that you are interested in.
- Check & read the visit details thoroughly. If the visit is suitable, click "Apply".
- Double-check the visit details before confirming your applications. If the visit is suitable, please proceed to "Slide to Apply".
- Your application submission is now confirmed. Click "OK".
- Your applications will now appear as Pending in the "Applied" tab and will be reviewed by Homage.
- You may click on the application to check visit details or withdraw your pending applications.
- Homage will review your application and if your application is successful, the visit status will be updated to "Confirmed".
- If a visit has been scheduled to you and confirmed, visit cancellation policy applies if you withdraw application from the visit.
