Can I extend the validity of my existing/expired Prepaid Package?

Package extensions are permissible for extenuating circumstances including:

Situation	Package Extension
Care recipient is hospitalised for more than 1 month	Based on a case-by-case basis
Care recipient has an emergency and has to reschedule booked visits	Maximum of a 1-month extension or on a case-by-case basis
Non-fulfilment of visits by Homage	Maximum of a 1-month extension or on a case-by-case basis
