Is there a minimum visit duration for Prepaid Package visits?

We understand care needs are unique to every care recipient.

The minimum visit duration for Prepaid Packages is 1-hour. For short visit bookings (visits which are shorter than 3 hours), a short engagement surcharge of $15/visit will apply.
