Care Professionals (CP) are held responsible for giving your best and upholding the reputation of both yourself and that of Homage. Being late for an assigned visit is highly unprofessional as Care Owners and their families depend on you to deliver timely care for their loved ones.
We strongly encourage you to plan your journey and traveling time. Be mindful to allocate sufficient time for traffic conditions, parking time etc. especially for new visit locations, prior to your visit to avoid being late.
CPs who arrive late for visits without a valid reason will be subjected to late clock-in penalty fees. A late clock-in penalty fee will be deducted from your future service fees in the following scenarios.

*Examples of documented proof for these circumstances may include unavoidable roadblock, transportation mechanical issue public transport breakdown, app technical issues and other relevant proof subject to approval.
- Late clock-in penalty waiver requests have to be submitted within 48 hours from the visit cancellation notice or late clock-in.
- Fee waiver requests will be reviewed and approved on a case-by-case basis.
