What happens if I am late for a visit?

We strongly encourage you to plan your journey and traveling time prior to your visit to avoid being late.

If you are late for the visit (clocking-in 10 minutes or more after the visit start time), you will incur a $16.20 ($15 + $1.20 GST) late clock-in fee. The fee will be deducted from your future service fees. Fees Waivers

• To be considered for a penalty fee waiver, Care Pros need to submit documented proof with valid cancellation reason within 48 hours of late clock-in
• All Care Pros are limited to 2 successful waivers per calendar month
• Fee waiver requests will be reviewed and approved on a case-by-case basis
