What are the payout cycles?

Payouts to Care Professionals are processed in fortnightly windows.

If you complete visits between the 1st to the 15th of a calendar month, it is the first fortnightly payout window and you will be paid on the 28th.

If you complete visits between the 16th to the 30th/31st of a calendar month, it is the second fortnightly payout window and you will be paid on the 13th. The payout summaries are also sent to your email on the same day as payment.
