Effective from 29 July 2021, Homage's new transaction log mobile app feature allows customers on credit card payment terms to have full visibility over past, pending and upcoming visit charges.
As this is a new feature, only transactions made after 29 July 2021 will be visible.
Customers who have opted for other payment methods will not have the most updated charges reflected on their Transaction Log.
How to access the Transaction Log feature:
- Ensure you are paying for care visits via credit card and not other payment methods
- Open your Homage mobile app
- Tap on the "Wallet" icon on the bottom right-hand corner of the home screen
- Tap on the "My Wallet" tab on the upper right-hand corner
Types of transactions displayed on the Transaction Log:
- Visits
- Visit/IPCA Refunds
- Visit Cancellation Fees
- Package Purchases
- IPCA Booking Fees
- Visit Claims
- Visit Adjustments
- Tele-Consult Bookings
